Al iniciar WebSphere se presentan algunos Workspace con los últimos abiertos, para modificar estos o eliminarlos se buscar el archivo recentWorkspaces.xml y se pueden modificar.
Una posible ruta para hallarlos es:
C:\Program Files\IBM\Rational\SDP\6.0\eclipse\configuration\org.eclipse.ui.ide\recentWorkspaces.xml
