Launch Failed. Binary not found. CDT on Eclipse Luna

If you try to run a C++ HelloWorld project  and appers this message:

 Launch Failed. Binary not found

 Go to: Project -> Build Project 

 Or

 Project -> Build Project -> Run As Local C/C++ Application
